Refund Policy
Thank you for booking your movies and events with GangtokOnline. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your booking. Below is our refund policy regarding movie and event bookings:
Refunds for Movie Bookings
Refunds for movie bookings are subject to the following conditions:
- In case of show cancellation due to technical snag / failure or due to ‘Act of God’. Full refund will be made to the remitter within seven working days.
- For ‘No Show’ Patrons, who are a ‘no show ‘ will not be entertained for any refund whatsoever.
- Customers, who have not received their confirmed ticket after making their payment, due to technical snag in the system.. They, are requested to kindly contact the management with their payment details for full refund.
- All refunds/ settlements will be made through NEFT/RTGS/UPI. Since, we do not have a 'cash refund policy'.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for booking.
Refunds for Event Registrations
Refunds for event registrations are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds will only be provided if the event is canceled by the organizer.
- The refund will only be made if the ticket has not been received by the attendee.
- No refunds will be provided if the event is not canceled or if the attendee has already received the ticket.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for booking.
